<p>The method involves using a manual hand measuring instrument (1) for measuring the cutting edges (14) of bridge tools (2). The hand measuring instrument is installed in the center of the bridge tool over a tool receiver flange (3) by using a tool receiver (4) according to according to DIN and/or ISO standard. The cutting edges of the bridge tools are mounted on a mounting table. The cutting edges of bridge tools in inserted/tensioned state in the machine tool are measured. An independent claim is included for a device for manual measuring of cutting edges of bridge tools.</p> |
