This signal conversion method includes converting an input signal to a one-bit pulse array representing an analog signal. In the one-bit pulse array, a pulse rise waveform (frise) has a first strain component with respect to the ideal pulse rise waveform, and a pulse fall waveform has a second strain component with respect to the ideal pulse fall waveform (ffall). The first strain component and second strain component are essentially line-symmetric with respect to the time axis.
