POLYMER CEMENT, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THEREOF AND METHOD FOR MULTI-WATERPROOFING WITH THE POLYMER CEMENT

PURPOSE: Polymer cement has increased alkali fastness, water resistance, solvent resistance, peel strength, tensile strength, elongation ratio and fatigue resistance to improve crack resistance caused by compression and expansion of a construction structure. CONSTITUTION: Polymer cement contains a first mixture consisting of ethoxylate bisphenol dimetaacrylate of 100 parts by weight, 2-phenoxyethyl methacrylate of 50-80 parts by weight, dicyclopentenyl oxethyl methacrylate of 30-50 parts by weight, and butylcatechol of 20-40 parts by weight, and a second mixture consisting of Portland cement of 30-50 parts by weight, polyethylene fiber of 10-30 parts by weight and silicon oxide of 5-10 parts by weight about the first mixture of 100 parts by weight. The mole number of the ethylene oxide ethoxylate bisphenol dimetaacrylate is 2-3. The polymerization inhibitor of 100-200ppm is included in the 2-phenoxyethyl methacrylate. The dicyclopentenyl oxethyl methacrylate has the specific gravity of 1.24-1.25. The major axis length of polyethylene fiber is 30-50 um.
