An apparatus for opening/closing a damper of an air vent is provided to allow the damper to simply be open/closed according to gear ratio set by a gear mechanism such that the operating ability is improved and the components are used in common. An apparatus for opening/closing a damper of an air vent comprises a case(500) formed in a housing capable of reciprocating a damper(56), an operating member(600) formed at the case to be pressed by a user, an actuating member(700) capable of moving forward or backward by the operating member, a catch portion, and a gear section(900). The catch portion is formed within the case to maintain the operation member at forward position or a backward position. The gear section connects the actuating member exposed to the outside of the case with the damper and reciprocates the damper though the forward and backward movement of the operating member. |
