A non-metal pipe-heating electric kettle comprising: a kettle cover (1), an air inlet passage (2), a handle (3), a spout (4), a kettle body (5), a hot water outlet pipe (6), a sealing ring (7), a hot water connection pipe (8), a power switch (9), a power inlet jack (10), an electric heating quartz pipe (11), a temperature controller (12), a power plug (13), a power socket (14), a cold water inlet pipe (15), a cold water connection pipe (16), an electric base part (17), and a kettle base (18). The electric heating film quartz pipe (11) replaces a conventional metal heating heater body. The electric heating quartz pipe (11) is connected respectively to the hot water outlet pipe (6) and to the cold water inlet pipe (15) via the hot water connection pipe (8) and via the cold water connection pipe (16). The hot water outlet pipe (6) is arranged above the cold water inlet pipe (15), thus forming a circulated heating of water flow.
