PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition including a sphingosine 1 phosphate (S1P) receptor modulator in a solid form sufficiently applicable to oral administration, e.g., as a tablet or a capsule agent.SOLUTION: As convenient means of systemic administration of S1P receptor modulators, free from disadvantages of liquid formulations for injection or oral use, having good physicochemical and storage properties and showing a high level of uniformity in the distribution of the S1P receptor modulator throughout the composition, as well as high stability, a pharmaceutical composition having a coating, rapid disintegrating compositions, a pharmaceutical composition free of sugar alcohols and a pharmaceutical composition including a coating are provided. |
