PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel system, device and program which allow for acquisition of data, stored in a document box of an MFP connected with a local network, from a portable terminal connected with an external network.SOLUTION: A message queue server for queuing a data acquisition request received from a portable terminal is installed on an external network. Meanwhile, a message relay worker for reading data from the document box of an MFP is installed on a local network. The message relay worker acquires the data acquisition request of a portable terminal stored in the queue periodically from the message queue server, reads the data corresponding to the data acquisition request from the MFP, and returns that data back to the message queue server. The message queue server transmits the data received from the message relay worker to the portable terminal. |
