PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that has at least two image data interfaces and is provided with an effective arrangement of the image data interfaces and memory interfaces from the point of view of reliability.SOLUTION: A first image data interface 110 is arranged in an electrode region 210 and an I/O buffer region 220 provided along a first side 230 of a semiconductor chip 200. A second image data interface 130 is arranged in the electrode region 210 and the I/O buffer region 220 provided along a second side 240. A first memory interface 160 is arranged in the electrode region 210 and the I/O buffer region 220 provided along a third side 250. A second memory interface 170 is arranged in the electrode region 210 and the I/O buffer region 220 provided along a fourth side 260.
