PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To much more accurately grasp road conditions with a simple mechanism.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: a difference information acquisition part for, as for one or more first vehicles which travel on the basis of the content of reference information including a predetermined traveling speed or an arrival time, acquiring difference information showing a difference between the actual traveling speed or arrival time in each of the first vehicles and the content of the reference information; and a road condition analysis part for analyzing road conditions in a predetermined area by using the difference information relating to the first vehicles which exist in the predetermined area.
