PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base material with an electrode pattern, for which shapes and thicknesses of a connection electrode layer and an insulation layer can be controlled and manufacturing costs can be reduced, a method of manufacturing it, and an input device using the base material with the electrode pattern.SOLUTION: A base material with an electrode pattern includes a translucent base material 20, a first electrode layer 21 formed on one surface of the base material 20, a plurality of second electrode layers 22 arranged on the one surface so as to hold the first electrode layer 21 therebetween, and an insulation layer 24 and a connection electrode layer 23 transferred and formed over the first electrode layer 21. The plurality of second electrode layers 22 are electrically connected through the connection electrode layer 23, and the connection electrode layer 23 and the first electrode layer 21 are electrically insulated through the insulation layer 24. |
