PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power loss by improving heating efficiency in outer surface heating.SOLUTION: A heating device includes: a metal plate 11 which is wound in a circumferential direction of an outer peripheral surface 8A so as to cover a heating region of a heating object 8 having an axis and to come into contact with the outer peripheral surface and is made of copper or the like; and heating wires 13 which are laid at substantially equal intervals in a circumferential direction R of the heating object 8 along a surface of the metal plate so as to come into contact with the metal plate. |
