PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation, when being administered to someone, exhibiting more reduced blood pressure lowering, and further effectively deleting the active oxygen or free radical (or hydroxy radical) of a disease site.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical formulation for preventing or treating cardiac ischaemia-reperfusion injury includes a polymerized annular nitroxide radical compound such as the nanoparticles of methoxy-PEG-b-PCMS-O-TEMPO in which TEMPO (2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidinooxy radical) is covalently bonded to the main chain of a polymer via an ether group as an active ingredient. |
