PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanize the operation conventionally done by a worker, and to sanitarily manufacture pot-roasted green tea.SOLUTION: A first means of the invention is a storage apparatus for pot-roasted green tea including: an air permeable conveying means; a means for changing the speed of the conveying means; a means for adjusting the thickness of a tea leaf on the conveying means; and a blowing means for blowing air to the tea leaf through the conveying means, wherein the tea leaves are stored halfway through the pot-roasted green tea manufacture to make the moisture of the tea leaves uniform. |
