PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impact tool which effectively dissipates heat generated inside the impact tool.SOLUTION: An impact tool includes a brushless motor 20 which drives a tool bit 200, an electrical member 160 which controls drive of the brushless motor 20, and a cooling fan 90 which is driven to rotate by the brushless motor 20. The brushless motor 20 has a stator 22, a rotor 23, and a rotating shaft 21 to which the rotor 23 is attached. The brushless motor 20 is configured into an outer-rotor type motor having the rotor 23 located outside the stator 22. The brushless motor 20 and the electrical member 160 are cooled by cooling air generated by the cooling fan 90. |
