PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply mechanism capable of easily obtaining punching force sufficient to break a seal that seals a spout of a container, opening a spout to have a sufficient size, and reliably and efficiently supplying a liquid; and also to provide an endoscope washing device including the liquid supply mechanism.SOLUTION: A liquid supply mechanism 6 includes: a bottle reception part 8 for receiving the supply of a disinfectant liquid from a disinfectant liquid bottle 5; and a guide rail part 10 for carrying a bottle carry tray 9 toward the bottle reception part 8. A pair of guide rails 21, 22 constituting the guide rail part 10 respectively include: curved parts 23, 25 that are arranged on an upstream side of a carrying direction Y of the bottle carry tray 9 and convexed upward; and linear parts 24, 26 arranged on a downstream side of the curved parts 23, 25 and inclined at an angle being the same as an inclination angle of a blade part 12. |
