Provided is a high-frequency module which can be used in a plurality of cell phone models having different specifications without increasing the number of terminals of a switching element. A high-frequency module (1) is provided with a switching element (SWIC) and a module circuit board (2). The switching element (SWIC) is provided with a common terminal (PIC01) and connection switching terminals (PIC11-PIC18). The module circuit board (2) is provided with external connection terminals (PM18-PM20) and a third filter circuit (14). The external connection terminal (PM18) is connected to the connection switching terminal (PIC17) of the switching element (SWIC) via a transmission line within the module circuit board (2). The third filter circuit (14) is connected to the external connection terminal (PM19) and the external connection terminal (PM20), independent of the connection switching terminals (PIC11-PIC18) of the switching element (SWIC).
