The base frame (1) has a spaced bearing for rails (2), where elastic spacers (3) are placed between each rail and the bearing. The bearing is made of two consoles (4) arranged on both the sides of the rails, and are fixed to a base plate (6) by using screws (5), where the base frame is placed below the rails. The base plate rests on a sleeper and is provided with two pins (8) directed upwards, where the pin engages into corresponding openings of the consoles. The beam is designed as wooden ties (7.1), as girder or as concrete plate.
