<p>The method comprises selectively analyzing antioxidants including ascorbic acid and uric acid using a free-radical generating measurement system, obtaining anti-radical capacity of substances as evaluation parameters, performing point-of-care testing studies in whole blood to ensure a near-patient diagnosis service, analyzing enzymes including an ascorbate oxidase and an urate oxidase for determination of corresponding substance ratio, before and after incubation of blood, and calculating a ratio of difference between the measurement results. An antioxidant capacity of uric acid is increased when an antioxidant capacity of the ascorbic acid is decreased that is represented as a lack of adaptation of the stress level. An independent claim is included for a test kit for performing point-of-care testing diagnosis.</p> |
