The assembly has a rotational center part (Z1) moving a rotor (2) under application of force in a profile direction. The rotational center part partially receives a mass element (1) with relative movement and a functional clearance along a gap (3). Coupling bodies are kinematically coupled with each other by the rotor, and definite-performance centrifugal force is partial-positively compensated. A pulley support (8) is provided at the mass element, and flange elements are formed on the rotor. The mass element is guided in the flange elements.
