PURPOSE: Method and device selecting a wireless access network based on contents feature are provided to select an optimal wireless access network based on a traffic environmental characteristic and contents characteristic of each wireless access network and to offer contents through an optimal wireless access network. CONSTITUTION: A wireless access network wireless resource cost comparison module (51) calculates each wireless access network cost function based on wireless traffic information received from a plurality of wireless access networks and contents information and selects one wireless access network.
