PURPOSE: A power supply system including a link type integrated inverter and a power supply method using the same are provided to increase the operation efficiency of a power generation system by constructing a distributed power source through an individual power generation system. CONSTITUTION: A main power source (10) supplies main power to a load. A distributed power source (24) is independently operated with the main power source and includes a small power source. The small power source is included in the distributed power source to supply power. The distributed power source controls output power according to the small power source. An integrated inverter (23) is constructed to selectively connect distributed power to the distributed power source. A switching unit (22) selectively connects to the load, the main power source, and the distributed power source. A power control unit (21) controls the switching unit. Direct current (DC) is comprised of the distributed power outputted from the distributed power source. The integrated inverter includes an inverter and a converter. The inverter converts the distributed power into alternating current (AC). The converter transforms the power of the distributed power.
