PURPOSE: A direct and indirect heating type mixer and a field heating asphalt surface reproduction system using the same are provided to improve energy efficiency, quality and workability by using a mixer which is operated by a heat circulation method. CONSTITUTION: A field heating asphalt surface reproduction system using a direct and indirect heating type mixer comprises: a heat circulation type asphalt road surface heater (100) which heats road with 30-80°C by using hot air, removes smoke and moisture generated in heating with inside hot air and reuse the hot air by circulating the hot air; a road crusher (200) which cuts and crushes the heated road; an external chamber including a space in which the hot air moves; an inner chamber which r is partitioned inside the external chamber and receives combined aggregate in which the waste aggregate included in cut road is mixed with new aggregate passed through the heat circulation type asphalt road surface heater; and a direct and indirect heating type mixer in which the combined aggregate is indirectly heated while the hot air moves the external chamber and the combined aggregate is directly heated by inducing the hot air to the inner chamber. The hot air is recycled by inducing the hot air to external chamber. |
