PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of tire and a tire manufacturing device are provided to form a binding groove inside the tire filled with expandable polystyrene resin, and to separate the tire easily. CONSTITUTION: A tire manufacturing device (500) has a ring member (501) including a protrusion part protruded and formed outwards, and staple-shaped ring grooves are consequently formed outwards. The protrusion part is protruded on the bottom part of the ring groove. The ring member comprises a left ring member shaped ring and a right ring member binding with the left ring member as the symmetrical form. The protrusion part comprises: a left protrusion part which is formed in the left ring member and protruded outwards at the site where the right ring member is bound; and a right protrusion part which is formed in the right ring member and protruded outwards at the site where the left ring member is bound. |
