PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet excellent in degreasing property, chemical conversion property and adhesion even when a period becomes long after manufacturing the surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet itself until a manufacturing process of a vehicle panel, etc. and to provide a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A surface-treated aluminum alloy sheet 10 includes: a substrate 1 composed of an aluminum alloy; and a film 2 formed on a surface of the substrate 1 wherein the film 2 has a film thickness of 1-30 nm, a magnesium concentration of 1-20 atom%, a zirconium concentration of 0.2-10 atom%, a silicon concentration of 2-10 atom%, and a halogen concentration and a phosphorus concentration of <0.1 atom%, respectively. |
