PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data correction method for thin plate workpiece processing, which allows a thin plate workpiece to be smoothly processed, a thin plate workpiece processing method using the same, and a thin plate workpiece processing device.SOLUTION: The data correction method for thin plate workpiece processing includes: a step of generating first corrected processing portion data relating to a processing portion after correction by correcting initial processing portion data per command on the basis of a correction matrix allowing three-dimensional actual result data of a thin plate workpiece to match drawing data; a step of determining whether the first corrected processing portion data exceeds a prescribed allowable range within which the thin plate workpiece can be processed; and a step of, if the first corrected processing portion data exceeds the allowable range, canceling the first corrected processing portion data and correcting the position of the entire processing portion so as not to change the shape of the processing portion in the initial processing portion data, to generate second corrected processing portion data relating to the processing portion after correction. |
