PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretchable organic base material that has stretchability, has a poorly stretchable section less prone to deformation even when stretched, and has high moisture permeability.SOLUTION: In a stretchable organic base material, a poorly stretchable section is formed partially and integrally in an easily stretchable polymer matrix. The stretchable organic base material has a moisture vapor transmission rate equivalent to 40 μm, measured in accordance with JIS K7129A at 40°C under condition of 90% RH, of 100 g/m/0.1 MPa/day or larger. |
