A blow molding method, blow mold, and blow-molded container are provided in which a particular portion expanded in a primary blow mold can be conveyed with precision to a particular location inside the cavity of a secondary blow mold, thereby expanding the uses of the twice-blown molding method. The molding method has a blow molding process in which a preform (200) is molded into an intermediate molded product (202) inside a primary mold (300A) having a primary temperature control unit (330), a process in which the blow molding air is discharged from the intermediate molded product to contract the intermediate molded product, and a secondary blow molding process in which the contracted intermediate molded product (204) is blow molded inside a secondary blow mold having a secondary temperature control unit (430) into a final molded product. A first intermediate molded region of the intermediate molded product near the mouth portion is cooled by a first primary temperature control unit in the primary blow molding process, and a second intermediate molded region of the intermediate molded product is cooled and contracted by a second primary temperature control unit in the contracting process.
