PURPOSE: A lamp device within a resin layer and an LCD using the same are provided to form a structure for guiding a light source by using a resin layer, thereby reducing the number of light sources. CONSTITUTION: LED light sources (111) are formed on a printed circuit board (110). A resin layer (140) is laminated on the LED light source. The resin layer guides emitted light to a front side. The resin layer consists of synthetic resin. The synthetic resin includes oligomer.
