PURPOSE: A stiffener integrated block, a reinforced soil retaining wall, and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce construction periods and costs because a task to connect a stiffener with an additional connection pin or an additional connection member is unnecessary. CONSTITUTION: A stiffener integrated block (10) comprises a block main body (110) and a stiffener (120). One end of the stiffener is integrally connected to the inside of the block main body. The other end of the stiffener is extended to the outside at a fixed length in order to be covered by a backfill material (140). A first concave groove (111) is included on one surface of the block main body on which the stiffener protrudes. A slit hole connected to a horizontal hole formed on the center of the block main body and is formed on the one surface of the block main body. The stiffener is connected to a connection rod inserted into the horizontal hole and is extended by being protruded through the slit hole.
