PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a vehicle frame member and a vehicle door impact beam structure that can control causing a crack with a starting point of a part where a weld nut is welded.SOLUTION: An impact beam 12 includes a front side fixed part 40 and a rear side fixed part 42 fixed to a vehicle door. Moreover, an impact beam 12 includes a general part 43 extending inside the vehicle door. A mounting part 50 that includes a seat surface 60 that a weld nut is welded is installed in this general part 43. In addition, a stepped part 56 is formed in a peripheral edge part of this seat surface 60. As a result, rigidity of a part where the stepped part 56 is formed is raised, and at the same time a strain caused in the seat surface 60 enclosed by this stepped part 56 is eased. |
