PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapid charger for an electric vehicle to which a charge connector support arm, reducing labor for connecting a charge cable with an electric vehicle in the rapid charger for the electric vehicle, is attached.SOLUTION: In a rapid charger for an electric vehicle, a charge connector support arm, composed of: a cylindrical pillar erected at an upper part on a side surface of the rapid charger for the electric vehicle; a cylindrical horizontal arm where one end thereof is rotatably supported on a horizontal surface at an upper end of the pillar; and a rope inserted into the pillar and the horizontal arm, is attached. Further, a charge connector is suspended from a tip of the rope hung from a movable end of the horizontal arm, and a weight, serving as a counter balancer, is suspended from a rear end of the rope pulled out from a lower end of the pillar. |
