PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device which is small and light-weight, has a smaller number of components such as a bolt compared to conventional inverter devices, and is excellent in vibration resistance.SOLUTION: An inverter device includes: a case 11; a power substrate 20 that is fixed to a bottom floor 13 of the case 11, coverts a direct current supplied from a power source to an alternating current, and applies the alternating current to an electric motor; a control substrate 30 that is disposed in the case 11 so as to face the power substrate 20 and controls the application of the alternating current to the electric motor; a switching element 21 mounted on the power substrate 20 by soldering; a bolt 40 penetrating the switching element 21 and the power substrate 20 and fixing the switching element 21 and the power substrate 20 to the bottom floor 13; and a positioning sleeve member 50 provided so as to lie astride the switching element 21 and the power substrate 20, the sleeve member 50 through which the bolt 40 penetrates. |
