PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring device capable of intermittently accumulating energy, and releasing energy by a trigger.SOLUTION: A spring device accumulates energy by driving a spring 103 mainly by human power or other random intermittent kinetic energy, and gradually winding up the spring. When the energy is accumulated to a set value, a device which performs control for energy release is driven, and the energy is released by a trigger to the spring 103, and a load 105 is driven. Thus, waste of the random kinetic energy can be saved. |
