PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security of a vehicle by suppressing increase in processing load (and cost) of each in-vehicle control device and detecting or eliminating an attack to an in-vehicle network from an unauthorized ECU.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle network system according to the present invention comprises a communication protocol issuing device equipped with a function of distributing definition data, which defines a part of a communication protocol that is dependent upon implementation on an in-vehicle network, to an in-vehicle control device, via a registration device configured to register the in-vehicle control device in the in-vehicle network. |
