SERUM-FREE IN VITRO CULTIVATION METHOD AND CULTURE MEDIUM FOR ADULT STEM CELLS

Provided is a serum-free in vitro cultivation method for adult stem cells. The method comprises inserting autologous growth factors into a serum-free stem cell culture medium to perform the primary culture and subculture of human adult stem cells. The human adult stem cells cultivated using said method remains essentially undifferentiated after multiple passages. Also provided is a serum-free culture medium for cultivating human adult stem cells in vitro, said medium comprising autologous growth factors.
