<p>The apparatus has a refrigerant circuit comprising a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser and a capillary tube, where a bypass pipe is formed around the condenser and the capillary tube. A shut-off element i.e. valve, is arranged in the bypass pipe that is opened or closed for flowing a refrigerant based on a position of the shut-off element. A control or regulating unit is connected with the shut-off element and controls such that the shut-off element is opened in a standing time of the compressor. The control or regulating unit opens the shut-off element for a predetermined time period. An independent claim is also included for a method for reducing a standing time of a compressor of a cooling and/or freezing apparatus.</p> |
