<p>Provided is a kneading system provided with a sealed rubber kneading machine whereby the degree of kneading efficiency of the kneading machine can be easily and accurately grasped. This kneading system is provided with a sealed rubber kneading machine (1) for kneading a kneading material containing raw material rubber and carbon black, a revolution indicator (10a) of a rotor (8), a power meter (10b) for detecting the instantaneous power needed for driving the rotor (8), and a calculation device (11) into which these detected data are inputted. On the basis of these detection data as well as data about the outer diameter of the rotor (8) and data about the clearance between the outer diameter position of the rotor (8) and the inner wall surface (7a) of a chamber (7), the calculation device (11) calculates an evaluation index evaluating the kneading efficiency of the kneading machine (1) on the basis of the total shear amount, found by integrating over the kneading time the shear velocity applied to the kneading material by the rotor (8), and the unit work, found by dividing the total power consumption (i.e. the instantaneous power integrated over kneading time) by the mass of the kneading material.</p> |
