The system (1) has processed base (51-57) for prefabricated components (2) is formed. A manufacturing cell (6) is provided with several processing stations (4a-4g) e.g. welding stations. A production unit (3) is adapted to a base portion (5) in shaping process, to establish basic cycle time (G). The cycle time (B) of processing stations arranged in the manufacturing cell is adjusted or aligned to synchronize with basic cycle time of the production unit. The processing stations of manufacturing cell are arranged in tandem production line (7). An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing prefabricated components.
