The method involves arranging vertical drain portion (16) in a base layer (10) at discrete positions. A jacket pipe (20) is arranged in grid plate columns of casing. A tensile pre-tube made of geotextile material is filled with compacted viable soil material. The jacket pipe is drawn using the vibration. The sheath on the outside of mounted casing (24) is driven for incorporating the viable bed material into casing jacket. The jacket tube is compressed and is moved to installation site of floor material, continuously. The sheath is held by engaging unit at the lower end of soil.
