PURPOSE: A portable highway entrance information registration apparatus is provided to easily register the entrance information of a vehicle by being carried by an administrator in case the vehicle enters a toll gate, thereby helping to continually use a high-pass system even though the high-pass road is closed. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communications module is installed at the front part of a main body(10) performing short range wireless communications with a high-pass terminal, and a display unit is installed at the rear part of the main body. The wireless communications module performs short range wireless communications with the high-pass terminal and includes an RF communications module(61) performing short range wireless communications with the high-pass terminal in an RF communications mode and an IR communications module(62) performing short range wireless communications with the high-pass terminal in an IR communications mode. A handle unit(20) is installed on the bottom of the main body, is formed in order for a user to carry, is extended in a length direction, and is formed to closely approach to the high-pass terminal even in case the distance between the high-pass terminal and the user is far due to the large size of a vehicle such as a bus or a truck. The handle unit includes a key input unit for inputting various key signals and forms a voice output unit for outputting voice displaying the operation state of the main body. |
