PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system that can adaptively adjust timing when data transmitted in coordination reaches a terminal.SOLUTION: In a radio communication system according to the invention, a radio station receives data from a gateway, and delivers duplicate data of the received data to other radio stations if it is necessary to coordinate with the other radio stations in operation to transmit the received data to a terminal. Further, the radio station has a function to transmit the received data to a destination terminal thereof in coordination with the other radio stations, and a function to transmit a test signal to the destination terminal directly and also via the other radio stations. The terminal, on the basis of the reception result of the test signal, measures a relative transmission delay time which is the difference between reception time when it directly receives data destined for the terminal from a radio station having received the data from the gateway and reception time when it receives the data via the other radio stations, and notifies a transmission source radio station of the test signal of the relative transmission delay time. |
