An X-ray CT device in an embodiment has an annular rotating body, a cover, and two noise-reduction sheets provided so as to sandwich a noise-reduction layer. The annular rotating body has an opening in the center thereof into which a bed can be inserted, and an X-ray tube is contained inside the annular rotating body. The cover has a tube-side section that is formed in a cylindrical shape and fitted inside the aforementioned opening, thereby covering the annular rotating body from the opening-center side, and an X-ray transmission window that allows X-rays from the X-ray tube to pass therethrough is formed in said tube-side section. The noise-reduction sheets are arranged so as to occlude said X-ray transmission window. This X-ray CT device makes it possible to sufficiently reduce noise from inside the cover. |
