<p>A method for processing a terminal neighbour cell list and a BSC. The method comprises: a BSC ranking the priorities of terminal neighbour cells according to the saved historical handover information about terminals or neighbour cell information about cells; and the BSC generating the terminal neighbour cell list after selecting the terminal neighbour cells according to an order of priority from high to low. The method can provide more reasonable neighbour cell list information for terminals, thereby increasing the handover success rate and reducing the system call drop.</p> |
