PURPOSE: A jig device of an extrusion die to manufacture window frames is provided to prevent the deformation generated by a temperature difference according to the temperature change of cooling water and seasonal variation while cooling the jig by arranging the jig inside a cooling device. CONSTITUTION: A jig device (100) of an extrusion die to manufacture window frames comprises a jig (40) and a jig support unit (50). The jig includes a frame (20) and a control bolt (30). The frame includes a connecting unit (23) connecting upper and lower maintaining protrusions (21,22). The control bolt is inserted into a bolt groove (21a) included in the upper maintaining protrusion of the frame. The control bolt controls a gap of the upper and lower maintaining protrusions. The jig support unit includes a window frame mounting unit (51) and a jig mounting unit (52). The window frame mounting unit is formed to mount the frame in a lower side of the jig. The jig mounting unit mounts the jig. |
