PURPOSE: A screening method of regulating agents of BAK protein channel formation is provided to search apoptosis suppressing agents or apoptosis promoting agents, thereby being useful to develop drugs for a stroke, degenerative brain diseases, or cancers. CONSTITUTION: A composition for screening regulating agents of BAK protein channel formation comprises: BID protein; BAK protein; and liposome in which a fluorescent material is sampled. A screening method of regulating agents of BAK protein channel formation comprises: a step of mixing activated BID protein and BAK protein, in which histidine-tag (His-tag) is attached, in buffer solution; a step of treating the regulating agents of BAK protein channel formation to the mixture; a step of reacting by adding the liposome, in which the fluorescent material is sampled and the histidine-tag (His-tag) is attached, to the workpiece; a step of measuring a fluorescence signal of the reaction product; and a step of comparing the measured value between the above fluorescence signal and which of the control group in which BAK protein channel formation regulating candidate is not treated. |
