PURPOSE: A multistage oil extractor for fish cakes is provided to remove and collect the oil component of the fish cake through repeated vacuum suction by compressing and transferring the fish cake to a lower part through multistage oil degreasing roller unit. CONSTITUTION: A hopper is equipped on the top of main body(1). Multistage oil degreasing roller unit(3) comprises a pair of oil suction rolls on both sides and each within the main body. An operating unit removes the oil and ejects to the lower part by letting the fish cake fall and rotating the oil suction roll. An oil returning pipe unit(32) collects the oil filled inside of the oil suction hole due to letting the vacuum pressure inside of the oil suction roll. Multistage oil degreasing roller unit is equipped with three of the top, middle, bottom portions from the upper unit to the bottom unit. A connecting nipple is connected to the front of the fixing rotation pipe in order not to rotate. A returning pipe(322) sets up a vacuum pressure by connecting to the connection nipple. The screw axis of the top and bottom is formed to be linked and rotated through a connecting rotation axis(334) of a longitudinal direction connected to a bevel gear(B). |
