PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even users who do not have power storage devices to store power, and promote the popularization of a high capacity power storage device, by sharing the power storage device.SOLUTION: A power network system includes: power supply request reception means for receiving from an arbitrary smart meter a user-specific request for power supply for storing power in a shared power storage device connected on a smart grid network; power supply response means for responding to the smart meter; power storage control means for controlling power storage; recording means for recording the user-specific stored electrical energy; power procurement request means for receiving a request for power procurement from an arbitrary smart meter; power procurement response means for, when the request for power procurement is received, responding to the requesting smart meter with permission for power procurement within a range of the requesting user's power storage amount; and power return means for, when the power procurement is permitted, supplying power from the shared power storage device within the range of the power storage amount and updating the record of the stored electrical energy. |
