PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of a flash memory.SOLUTION: A memory controller controls a flash memory so as to store data in the flash memory when a data use rate R that is a sector use rate per page is equal to or higher than a threshold value Rth1 and write data is not high-frequency rewrite data (steps S120 to S140); and controls ReRAM so as to store the write data in ReRAM when the write data is the high-frequency rewrite data even if a page use rate R that is a sector use rate per page is lower than the threshold value Rth1 and the data use rate R is equal to or higher than the threshold value Rth1 (steps S120, S150 to S170). Thus, degradation of the flash memory can be suppressed.
