PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reduction device capable of properly reducing noise components.SOLUTION: A noise reduction device 2 includes: voice noise section detection section 15 for detecting a voice section and a noise section on the basis of at least one of a sound pickup signal 21 according to sound picked up in a first microphone 11 and a sound pickup signal 22 according to sound picked up in a second microphone 12; a power information acquisition section 60 for acquiring a voice power difference to be a difference between the magnitude of the sound pickup signal 21 and the magnitude of the sound pickup signal 22 in the voice section and a noise power difference to be a difference between the magnitude of the sound pickup signal 21 and the magnitude of the sound pickup signal 22 in the noise section; a noise reduction processing determination section 17 for determining the states of the voice power difference and the noise power difference; and a noise reduction processing section 18 for executing noise reduction processing according to the determination result of the noise reduction processing determination section 17.
