<p>An oil mist-free high-speed electric main shaft comprises a shell (1), and a stator (2) and a rotor (3) that are accommodated by an accommodating space (A) formed by the interior of the shell. By utilizing a bearing in a bearing setting part (h1, h2) arranged on the shell, the rotor is separated from the stator by a gap and is opposite to the stator, so as to be supported on the shell in a freely rotating way. A labyrinth sealing structure (4) is arranged on the outer side of the bearing setting part in a way of covering the bearing setting part; the labyrinth sealing structure is provided with a passage (4c, 4d) connected to the atmosphere. A through hole (1d) is provided on the shell; one end of the through hole is open in the accommodating space; the other end of the through hole is connected to the passage of the labyrinth sealing structure. The bearing setting part is filled with lubricating grease; the lubricating grease is polyurea formaldehyde synthetic grease which takes base oil as a main ingredient and contains nano anti-wear additive. The high-speed electric main shaft can effectively avoid environment pollution and damage to employee health caused by oil mist, and save energy.</p> |
